finally, a day of REST !
the past few days was spent in TRCC, and omg, musical rehearsals are really, truly boring !
they kept flashing the lights on and off, changing the colour, swinging it around...
anyone who actually managed to finish their homework there.....
you must be super pro !
not to mention, the "orchestra pit" was tiny, and super cold !
literally shivered, crap, laugh and played my way through the three days there.
i think i spent more time in this three days (sitting on the same chair, facing the same thing in the same position, listening to the same voices) than at home doing homework.
yeah, but it cant be helped lah. heh.
anyway, the musical was okay.
other than the shivering, yeah, it was rather funny.
and trouble sitting still in the cold lah, and so difficult not to talk !
i can pratically memorise their lines too. lol
anyway, we're stepping down after this, and thats the end of my time in sr band.
quite sad ya, cos i think i'll miss the people in band, like protecting sarah from alvin, jiahui my you-mo-qi oboe partner who thinks and says the same things at the same time and sings the same funny songs, joycelin and minqi's videos, yanling and the horns, and all the crappy and cheerful people who made band life much much more interesting. (:
i love the first row (:
the only bad thing is....
MY $58.85 ! ):
i dropped it (accidentally of course!) into this tiny but big enough for my reed to fall in hole, and it seems as if its gone FOREVER ! ):
so sad leh. and the stupid thing is, its where all the cold air keeps coming out from, making me freeze in the dark. eeyuck.
anyway, i only have one day to finish homework and revision meant for four days.
good luck to me man.
"and a fur on the feather and a feather on the bird and the bird on the egg and the egg in the nest and the nest on the twig and the twig on the branch and the branch on the tree and the tree on the root and the root in the hole and the hole in the ground and the green grass grows around around the green grass grows around !"
