hahah, its all random really.
went for mac breakfast at kovan on sat with val.
they ran out of syrup for our hotcakes ! ): though now i realise hotcakes without syrup is actually really nice too ! and so healthy too.
for the whole of friday night i couldn't sleep though. lay on the bed, totally wide awake and desperately trying to sleep from 1.50am to at least 5.30am ): decided to listed to music around 4.30-ish since my mind was already that busy. haha.
woke up at 9.30 for breakfast, and though i didn't get much sleep, i really didnt feel that tired. wonder why~
and because of insomnia the night before, i was able to sleep on sat night. hahah, so much so to the extent that i woke up on sunday morning with a horribly aching neck. :/
mac breakfast again at cityhall, this time with seokhan, val and vannie.
my hotcakes with syrup seemed too sweet, probably cos of the lack of syrup the day before. hahaha.
now i wanna eat bk breakfasttt
after that went to esplanade library to study. well, i wasnt the one doing the studying. vannie and i watched Sherlock Holmes while seokhan, val, shanazz and yl studied.
i supposedly watched Sherlock Holmes before, but apparently when i got nothing much out of it except the front and maybe some images. HAHAH.
vannie was asking me stuff during the movie, and all i could say was idk. oops :/
went for dinner at Secret Recipe after that, where we were really really amused by a particular waiter there.
loads of funny incidents lah, thinking of it now still makes me laugh like mad.
especially the difference between "beef butt" and "beef thigh", and the waiter leaving the non-slip mat(thats supposed to be left on the tray) on our table.
AND, to think that we assumed that it was for us to put our cups on. see lah, made me wonder since when they switched from coasters to that large mat.
and the most hilarious part was when he came back looking for it !
when he approached the table, the others assumed he had come to clarify our order/serve our order. but i looked up and noticed him looking around our table, and so pointed to the non-slip mat that was partially buried under the uncleared menus.
i think he was very paiseh though, he was laughing all the way back to the counter. LOL
and today was "How to train a dragon."
super cute lah, and i think its a really nice movie. worth watching, really ! though can try in 3D (:
Hiccup is cute, and a very un-viking-like viking. omg, what am i saying.
and toothless is....nothing like his name. his "smile" is really cute though. and the scene when he just saved the girl - OMG, cuteness overload.
random: i never knew a dragon was called 大龙。 all along, i just assumed it was simply 龙。hmmm.
dinner (or rather, snack) was subway, and then watched Clash of the Titans.
i thought it was so-so. the beginning made me a little dizzy and all. and then now, i'm wondering who exactly is the father of Perseus. in lightning thief he was the son of Poseidon, but in titans he was the son of Zeus. /shrugs
OH, and i never knew people could follow your blog. /slow
and now, i can complain about the timetable from mdis.
very no life leh, lessons all from 3.30pm to 10pm. what kinda timetable is this anyway - wanna work also cannot, wanna go out also cannot. /sigh.
3 YEARS. omg, i hope i survive this.
see all of you in three years time ?
1.30am now, and i'm hungry. there's chocolates next to me but...
1) i cannot risk not being able to sleep tonight.
2) there's a sore throat coming my way. i can just feel it in my throat.
more and more things to think about recently - WHY LIKE THAT.
all my decisions - whether right or wrong, wise or unwise, big or small, significant or insignificant - are floating concurrently in my mind right now.
and i still have to wonder why i can't fall asleep. HAH.
