might be a good thing anyway. haha.
i'm burnt after swimming yesterday !
but the wave and lazy pool was fun ! especially the cold showers, which were really cold. (duh.)
eh, my cheek muscles ache now too, which i find very kua zhang.
i only stopped playing for approx. 8 months what, my muscles have deproved so much ?
sigh.
and i got tired and breathless halfway during warm ups, which is BAD.
haha. i definitely need more practice then. sigh.
but then, being chased out at 9pm?
