I need to adapt.

my eyes are super tired today. spent more than 3 hours staring into microscopes, trying to draw the damn cells.

the thing is, we're only supposed to draw what we actually SEE, not what we know is there but cannot see.

sian lah, then end up drawing a lot of dotted lines and black circles. machiam abstract art, except i'm not artistically inclined at all. and then labelling !

the only thing i can identify is the nucleus, ECM, cytoplasm and maybe a few other stuff. things like "this is a blood vessel", or "this is the glomerulus" is really beyond me. honestly, i can't label things i can't even identify ! :'(

i have a bad timetable.

because for the 3.30-6.30 slot, there is ALWAYS a traffic jam on the way home.

and for the 7-10pm slot, there's ALWAYS a traffic jam on my way to school.

disgusting, much ?

and i'm actually really irritated with the school. enough that most of the lessons for the DAY programme is actually in the NIGHT. fine, since i do get some afternoon lessons.

but can they like make up their mind once and for all, and just STOP changing the timetable constantly ?? its really irritating, cos I have to apply for leave from lessons. every time they change the time table, i have to reapply. sickening ttm lah !

AND, the least they could do is to just SEND THE NEW TIMETABLE TO ME ! >:(

now i'm stuck hanging in mid air, cos i don't have the new timetable. and on top of that, i'm going to miss 2 lab sessions and a formative test. and i won't be able to make it for the night class's scheduled labs either, so DAMN.

arghhs, and i spent so much time previously on finding a replacement in the night class's schedule for the lab i was supposedly going to miss. and then they come up with this stunt.

on a happier note, i went to the airport on sunday !

haha, went there to meet sh, and we ended up scoring almost the entire T2/3 looking for available powerpoints which we could tap. haha.

i ♥ T3 !

its so open and bright and airy, and it makes me feel happy. idek why, but it just makes me feel good. and i tend to lose track of time there. not sure if its a good thing, but i like that feeling. (:

T2 is nice too, there's a sense of familiarity. don't know where that sense of familiarity come from, seeing as i don't go there often. haha.

had Seafood Pasta at TCC, which i thought was really nice ! the prawns are slightly crispy and fresh and juicy, and the scallops are just (:

sh had curry pasta, which wasn't really a Singaporean curry flavour. hmmm~

and then dessert !

it was some bread pudding which i had never tried before, and so we decided to get that. turned out rather good. the soy icecream was very nice !!!

but it was only a tiny tiny scooop :(

i need to adapt to the terrible school timetable.

because everytime i reach home, time seems to pass really quickly and before i know it, its 1am. :/ and thats mainly because, i end school at 10, and by the time i reach home, its 11plus.

plus i'm restless during lessons, much more so than when i have morning lessons.
